Almaden Property Management was established in 2005. We are a family owned small business. When we saw a growing need for property management services, we decided to create a team that focused on taking a personal approach to property management services in our community.

About Sarah Riqueros

Sarah is the current Owner/Broker of Almaden Property Management. She is active within the industry and is the 2019 President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers for the Santa Clara County Chapter. This involvement helps our team stay up to date on the constant changes and legal requirements in the state of California. She possesses the knowledge, experience, and attention to detail required to be an effective property manager.
